International Ocean/Air Freight

Custom Clearance

We can handle customs (Custom Clearance Services) for import and export goods at various Indonesian customs with formal entry, save time and avoid unnecessary expenses.

Documents for Export and Import obligatory:

  • AWB or BL (Original & Copy)
  • Commercial Invoice (Original)
  • Packing List (Original)
  • Certificate of Origin (Original)
  • Power of Attorney (Original)
  • Export or Import License, if any

Domestic Sea/Air Freight

Netanya International can be an agent to deliver the goods by sea or air on behalf of the clients.

We can arrange securing transport with a carrier directly and get the shipment delivered on time.

Warehousing/Pusat Logistik Berikat

NETANYA can be your trusted partner in field of Warehouse Solution through PLB (Pusat Logistik Berikat) Service. Supported by some of our partners, we provide place for storage export and import cargo based on the client needs.

Starting from an effort to improve efficiency in logistics cost, NETANYA offers PLB Service which aims to reduce the unexpected cost such as storage or demurrage at port as well. As for the unexpected cost in consequence of some reasons i.e. the incomplete documents, custom clearance process, etc.

Stevedoring / PBM

To provide complete services, we offer stevedoring for both domestic and international vessel.

Supervising discharge operation is carried out to ensure that the cargo is lifted, lashed, and secured properly and that the process runs effectively.

Trucking

As a freight forwarder, we are not only doing shipping but also providing the transportation of the goods from port up to your factory safely.

Trucking services provided by PT Netanya International includes:

  • Flatbed, Lowbed, Drop Bed, and Extensible Trailers
  • Heavy-haul trucking using modular trailers with multi axles
  • Full Container from port to factory
  • Intermodal Transportation solutions including any combination of barge/LCT, ocean, air and truck.

SCHEME OF EXPORT & IMPORT

EXPORT -> FCL (Full Container Load)

  1. Customer provides SI (Shipping Instruction) and submits to the forwarder
  2. Forwarder addresses SI to the shipping line to take an empty container or booking space
  3. Shipping Line publishes booking confirmation
  4. Forwarder appoints transporter to take an empty container
  5. Transporter take an empty container at the appointed depot based on booking confirmation
  6. An empty container delivered to the factory for stuffing process
  7. Full container is delivered to the appointed port
  8. Forwarder creates PEB based on Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and documents related from the customer
  9. Forwarder submits PEB and documents related to the local customs
  10. Local customs publish NPE

EXPORT -> LCL (Less Container Load)

  1. Customer provides SI (Shipping Instruction) and submits to the forwarder
  2. Forwarder addresses SI to the shipping line for booking space
  3. Shipper delivers the goods to the consolidator addressed or the forwarder takes the goods at the shipper factory to be stacked temporarily in the forwarder’s warehouse
  4. Forwarder creates PEB based on Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and documents related from the customer
  5. The goods are delivered to the consolidator addressed Forwarder submits PEB and documents related to the local customs
  6. Local customs publish NPE

IMPORT -> FCL (Full Container Load)

  1. Customer submits import documents to the forwarder
  2. Forwarder creates PIB based on Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and documents related from the customer
  3. Forwarder asked the importer to pay the import tax (BM, PPN, PPh)
  4. Forwarder submits PIB and documents related to the local customs to get SPPB
  5. Local customs publish SPPB
  6. Forwarder takes DO at the shipping line appointed
  7. Full container delivered to the factory for unstuffing / discharging process
  8. Container empty is delivered to the appointed depot (in accordance with the Equipment Interchange Receipt/EIR)

IMPORT -> LCL (Less Container Load)

  1. Customer submits import documents to the forwarder
  2. Forwarder creates PIB based on Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and documents related from the customer
  3. Forwarder asked the importer to pay the import tax (BM, PPN, PPh)
  4. Forwarder submits PIB and documents related to the local customs to get SPPB
  5. Local customs publish SPPB
  6. Forwarder takes DO at the shipping line appointed
  7. Transporter pick up the goods at the consolidator addressed and delivers to the factory
